extreme contrasts
Last Saturday (11th May) saw me take two photographs at the extreme ends of the photographic spectrum!
I got these images of a dead-nettle-leaf beetle in the afternoon…

… and then just before midnight, with murmurings that the Northern Lights would be visible, unusual for this far south, I snapped this image:
