back again

After about 6 weeks of “rest” I think it’s time to jump back in the saddle so to speak and start blogging again.

I say “rest” because the last thing I’ve managed to do is actually relax.

I had my third ablation at the end of May, but two nights before going into hospital I collapsed at home.  Just passed out.

The doctors seem to think it was the result of intense stress levels.  You see, as well as my ablation I had a suspicious blood test result which suggests my stem cell transplant is beginning to wear off.  This meant I had to go into hospital again for a CT scan on my back which has been getting more and more painful.

I’m still awaiting the results of that scan – so more to worry about.

It seems at the moment that little is going right for me.  But I’ve found solace in my photography. Concentrating on that has helped me get away from things albeit for a short time.

Anyway, I’ll share one of my recent images below, and I’ll see you all again on Thursday.
