1000 and counting

Not posts on here - well, not quite yet but that won't be long - but recently I posted my 1000th image on Instagram.  By the way, there's a link to my page just over there, on the left and down a bit...

Now, it's not a platform I particularly like, but for displaying or sharing images it is the premier choice still, despite all its many shortcomings.

Anyway, what image did I choose to mark this momentous occasion?  Did I choose a landscape or a seascape?  A portrait of Dexter maybe?  Or some macro or close up masterpiece?   A woodland cameo maybe?

I finally went with this largely brown picture of some wet, fallen leaves.  You didn't expect anything less, did you?
