nuts & bolts

One thing I have learned from taking pictures since my illness, is not to always look for the “big” image, but to always keep your eyes peeled for the details in life.  The nuts and bolts of our existence if you like.

Taking this literally, I spotted the following image when in Craig y Nos country park (where else?!) with Dexter late last month.  I only had my phone with me, so at that very moment it was the best camera in the World!

It was on the wooden river bridge there, and while I would have liked three bolts in my image, the hole to the right of the first bolt does help with my odd-number OCD.
