and for the last time

Yep, it’s the last image from my trip to Dunraven bay last December.  I think this is the favourite of the three. It’s just so wintery and moody and perfectly reflected the feeling of the day.

The fading light and dark foreground though meant that I had to increase the exposure time to 20 seconds.  This has had the effect of calming the stormy sea and giving a real sense of movement in the higher clouds.
