yes I know I said I was taking a break, but...

After the Christmas and New Year holidays I'd planned to take a couple of weeks away from posting on here as well as making videos for my YouTube channel.

But…

Two days before Christmas Day and after three years of avoiding it, covid hit our household hard.  My daughter came down with it first, then me and then Lisa.  All three of us in the space of a few days.

So, my plans of getting out with my camera to catch up with some landscape photography are on hold.  At time of writing (2 January) I am still suffering with a really nasty cough.  At least the girls are doing well so I don't mind bearing the brunt of it if it means they are OK.

Anyway, I've filmed a couple of videos.  One I started just before the festive break is all about my new filter system.  I know.  How will you contain your excitement?

I've been using lee slot-in filters for many years now, but on a whim, I changed it all for a Kase magnetic system.  So much smaller, lighter and easier to use.
