fledgelings

A few weeks ago, as some of you might remember, I erected a bird feeding station in my back garden.  Sounds grand, but it's basically a pile of old sticks hastily roped together to form a framework from which I can hang various birdie treats.

Anyway, these past few mornings a family of blue-tits - mum and dad along with two recent fledgelings - have been flying in.  While the siblings hide in a nearby acer tree, the parents fly back and fore servicing them with those aforementioned juicy treats.
