spoilt for choice
I'm extremely fortunate in being able to shoot with some fantastic modern, up to the minute macro lenses. At the moment I have my Fujifilm 30mm f2.8 and Laowa 65mm f2.8 in Fuji's X-Mount and a 30mm f3.5 Olympus lens, generously on loan from a friend.
But just sometimes I hanker after something older, and then I reach for the GOAT (greatest of all time) Micro-Nikkor 105mm f2.8G lens. When I shoot it on my Nikon D700 I call it the dream maker, and I hope the image I shot last week demonstrates this perfectly.
