the best picture of a butterfly I have ever taken

A bold claim indeed, but just wait until you see it!

My daughter and I went out for a short bike ride a week or so ago and on our way back we stopped to take some shots and to finish off a video I'd started making the day before when we spotted a butterfly as it landed on a lady's smock (that's a wild flower and not part of someone's attire).

Now, normally they immediately fly off when I approach, but this one hung around long enough to get the image I now very proudly present to you below:
