we're looking in the wrong place

I watched a very interesting TV programme the other day called “How to Make a Time Machine”.

It was excellent, with eminent physics and quantum people explaining how we might one day break the fourth dimension.

One theory surrounded the use of wormholes: places in outer space that can bend time and space (apparently).  To that end, there is a search on using many linked radio telescopes across the globe and in space looking for these elusive phenomena which, we are told, exist many many light years away.

We know they exist, because mathematics says so.  And you know what I think of that!

see????????

But if they exist that far away from us, then it follows they must exist the same distance away from other planets in the universe.  So, it stands to reason (doesn’t it) that they could exist right on our doorstep, and perhaps, therefore, we should look a bit closer to home.

That would then explain the Bermuda Triangle, a plethora of paranormal phenomena (I needed to practice my alliteration!) and the strange paradox of my always disappearing bloody car keys.

  1. Bah! Math! It's all a hoax! It's like using the bible to support your biases.....math can bend to fit any theory! (says the math impaired, algebra challenged American! LOL) But I do subscribe to the idea of wormholes.
