my favourite time of year

I love this time of year.  I know, I know.  I sound like a broken record!

But the autumn colours are at their most vibrant right now, it's not too cold to get out and about and there's good light to be had at civilised times of the day.  When it isn't raining that is.

This week's image was taken at Craig y Nos Country Park just before the fallen leaves start to lose their colour and turn from a glorious orange to a muddy brown.
