looking back - part three

For the last of my "looking back" at images of 2019 series, I've chosen what I think is my best image from the whole year.

It was shot back in early March on a freezing cold morning at Mumbles Pier.  It's the iconic lighthouse at Mumbles and I think I absolutely nailed this photo.  You may disagree though and that's fine.

The dawn sky is perfect for this image I feel, as it's subdued enough to not detract from the main subject of the image.  Similarly, the sea state is not too stormy and not too flat, again directing the eye to the lighthouse.

It's almost as if I know what I'm doing when moments like this come together!
