a challenge

Well my sister has jetted off to Florida again for a couple of months.

I thought I’d issue her a little challenge while away this time: to post a photograph each week on her flickr account.  Not just any old photo though.  Something considered, well thought out and equally well executed.  Corinne has an excellent eye for a photograph so the results should be interesting.

The main reason behind my challenge though was to get my beloved sister to use her DSLR more.  Learn how to use it a little better and explore its capabilities.  She’s always complaining that she never has time to get to know the camera so you’d have thought that 2 months away and in isolation would have afforded the ideal opportunity to rectify this.

So I texted her on Wednesday morning to issue the challenge.

The reply came back.  “I haven’t taken my camera, just my phone”.

I despair.
