grow up is it?

I might have mentioned that I sometimes make videos and post them on YouTube.

Well the other day I was out filming on a very remote road in the Brecon Beacons making a video about what settings I use for my landscape photography.

You hardly ever see a car on these roads, so I was surprised to be interrupted by someone screaming at the top of their voice from a passing vehicle obviously to disrupt my filming.  Expecting to see a child hanging out of a car or minibus I was surprised to see a man in his 50’s shouting, laughing, pointing and screaming at me like some demented idiot, egging on the passengers in his lorry (yes he was driving a lorry) to join in.

I just stared back and shook my head in disbelief that someone of more mature years would find it amusing and necessary to behave in such a way.  I guess that’s a reflection of the times we live in.

How very sad.
