After feeding the birds (see my last post) I thought the scene before me looked rather lovely. Trouble is I only had a 50mm (equivalent) lens on my camera so couldn't get it all in one shot as I couldn't back up far enough.
The solution?
A multi-shot panorama of course!

You can just make out a couple of the feeding stations I've hung up there for the birds. I'm hoping for some snow this winter, and spending a few hours there getting some lovely wintery snaps.

In this week's video, I wonder why there seems to be an absence of birds on my weekly nature walk. Find out what I think the cause is by clicking on the video below:
I'm jealous that you have 'woods' to tramp through! There aren't any 'woods' here....swamps (with snakes and HUGE spiders and gators!!!!) but no woods for a calm walk.......
ReplyDeleteRobin, remember those creeping trees in the gardens of Edison’s house near Fort Myers? That was a wonderful day.
DeleteYES! That was a great day!
