resolution is in the air
I'm lucky enough to own three fantastic digital cameras, along with a number of lenses to stick on the front of them.
I've owned a 12-megapixel Nikon D700 for many years now, and recently it was joined by a much higher resolution (36-megapixels) Nikon D800E. Naturally, I needed to see which one produced the best landscape image, so we headed to our Paradise (see last Monday's post here) and rattled off some shots of the cascades, swollen by some recent rain, there.
I won't bore you with both images, and just the one taken with my D800E is shown below. To see the other one, you'll need to click on the video below.
