something useful this way comes

Now, it's not often that this happens, but for the rest of this week from tomorrow, instead of the usual useless guff that I post here, I'm actually posting something helpful: a crash course on landscape photography from scouting, planning and composition right through to post processing and printing.

I've been shooting landscapes for years both on film and digitally and thought I'd pass on some of my knowledge and experience.

So, with spring upon us I thought it might prove useful to anyone who may be remotely interested to find out how I go about making my landscape images.  If not, then tough as I'm publishing it anyway!

If you are going to work along with the course, then obviously having your camera to hand will be useful.

I've put a load of effort and hard work into producing this, and if you know anyone who might be interested or might find the subject matter useful, then please feel free to share this with them.  After all, the more the merrier, ay?
