morning dew

Where d all these photos keep coming from I hear you ask?  Well, I'll tell you...

Back in the summer I saw a small rose for sale in my local supermarket - for the princely sum of……..£1.00!!

Bargain I thought, and it has been; with beautiful crimson flowers throughout the whole summer and autumn.  But the flower head is not the subject of today's image.  Instead, it's some early morning autumn dew adorning one of the leaves.

I love the uniformity of the droplets; it almost seems like they're queuing up to drop off the end!
