when will I learn

Two days was all I waited.

Two days after my waterfall excursion and exertion I figured I was invincible and able to go out again.  This time I want to much easier ground at Craig y Nos Country Park.  I mean, what can go wrong there, right?

Lots, that's what.

But not before I tried to get some images of the Autumn colours.  I say tried as in the middle of October there were still rhododendron flowers in bloom there!  It should be nearly Winter!

Anyway, after rattling off a couple of images (the one of the ferns below is my favourite from the day) I started to feel a bit strange.  Pain coursed through my body and I nearly passed out such was its severity.  I was physically sick and started to shake and sweat (nice thought!).  I managed to compose myself for the journey home where I went straight to bed.

I have to listen to my body more.  One swallow doesn't make a summer and I"m not the person I used to be - physically at least.
