eats, shoots and leaves

It's fair to say that my photography has changed over the past few years.  Gone are the regular posts of sweeping vistas or dramatic seascapes (well, apart from the odd one here and there) to be replaced by more intimate shots of my local nature.

This is wholly down to my declining health and ability to reach interesting places to take pictures, though I do actually enjoy my new format.

But do you?  Are you bored of pictures of fallen leaves?

Just in case you answered "no" to the above, here's this week's image of a fallen oak leaf in my front garden.  I was particularly drawn to the detail in the leaf, along with those autumnal "pimples" that seem to grow on the leaves.
