man edits photograph

I'm sorry, but this post is just to attract attention to my latest video that goes live at the same time as this post today, along with a post on Instagram too.  Talk about a synchronised, cross social-media platform effort!

Anyway, earlier this week I trotted down to Mumbles to test out some new filters I've just acquired, and managed to get one image that is worthy of further investigation and publication on my "socials".

It's a simple image of some rocks at Bracelet Bay in really dull afternoon light, but I like it for the pattern the waves weaved around the rocks as they retreated back out to sea, leaving what looked like a smoky question mark behind.

Anyway, here's the image.

Fujifilm X-H2, Fujinon 10-24mm f4 at 18mm
2.3 seconds at f9, ISO 125
Freewell combined Circular Polariser and Variable Neutral Density Filter
Tripod, self-timed release

To find out how I transformed the rather dull raw file into this masterpiece (!!), just click on the first video below.  I've also included links to the other videos published this week.
