The main advantage of me posting my images here and not on Instagram is, as pointed out in a comment last week, that I can show you them in the resolution and aspect ratio of my choice, and not some limited, stifled low-res unsuitable crop that Instagram dictates.
And for the first image I'm going to share? Well, it has to coincide with the release of my latest e-book "Intimate Landscapes or the Art of Seeing" which is available to download from this blog and be one of those images. Only this is a new one and not one from the book.
This is an 8 image focus bracket, stacked using Helicon Focus. When I'm well enough I hope to film a tutorial on finding and photographing these scenes I love so much, so keep an eye out for that here as well, where I'll post a link to my YouTube channel when I get round to filming it.
