Sat in the garden the other morning I witnessed my young border terrier Douglas curiousky examining something on the floor.  Now, Douglas has a habit of eat it now,ask questions later approach to life, so I rushed over to see what exactly it was that had grabbed his attention.

It was a woodlouse.

Now, this was no ordinary example.  It was huge.  Well, in woodlouse circles at least, measuring around 15-20mm in length I'd say.  So, I just had to grab its picture and today, this blog has reached a new low in presenting to you, dear reader...
