killer rays

How's your Christmas been?  Full of wonder and cheer and good health I hope.

Back at the start of this month, I made my way to the pier at Mumbles to shoot the lighthouse from it.  

It was shut.

Undeterred, I ventured down the steps onto the beach.  A really low tide had made a normally inaccessible area accessible for just an hour or so.  With the sun going down at 3.30 I captured these images looking over towards the now redundant old coastguard station.

Which composition do you prefer?  It's the bottom one for me.

  1. All I got out of this post is it was 3:30 and the sun was setting!!!!! :-/ (I prefer the second one.)
